Halloween is just around the corner, so let’s get an early start by making some friendly leaf monsters!
What you’ll Need
- Your wellies
- Leaves of different shapes and sizes
- Pens, paints, glitter
- Bits to stick on lolly sticks, feathers,
- stickers, ribbons etc.
- Glue stick
Step 1 – Put on your wellies and go for a walk 🥾
Don’t forget that to make your autumn walk a success, you must jump in muddy puddles and crunch through crispy autumn leaves. Oh, and don’t forget to collect some leaves (in lots of different colours, shapes and sizes) to make your leaf monster.
Step 2 – Give your Leaf monster some googly eyes! 👀
Your home and your hands have warmed up – time to create your monsters! How many will you make? How many eyes will they have?
Step 3 – Go crazy decorating your monster 👹
Grab all your favourite crafty bits and get creative!
Step 4 – Add some arms and legs to your monster 🦾🦵
You could use twigs, lolly sticks or pipe cleaners.
Step 5 – Send your leaf monster to your Crafting Connections friend as a silly surprise 🤪
